Yes. Ads run in both the HTML and plain text versions of the newsletter.
What are the ad specifications? The HTML version must be 468 pixels x 60 pixels and the plain text version can be 150 words maximum. Both versions must be e-mailed to News Marc 48 hours prior to ad placement.
